VSI Mobile Lab

Equipped with everything required to service all manufacturer’s valves, our factory-trained service team will arrive at the scheduled time and stay at your site until the job is complete. 

Certified air and water valve testing or VR repairs can be performed on our mobile pressure relief valve test stand with pressure capabilities ranging up to 1,500 psi or higher upon request.

  • Safety Valves:
    Authorized assembler of Consolidated and Kunkle pressure relief valves.
  • Control Valves:
    Authorized assembler of Masoneilan control valves. Repair, refurbish, replace trim, and calibrate.
  • Complete Line Valve Repair:
    Refurbish internal parts as needed, assemble and test.
  • Rupture Disc/Conservation Vent/Flame Arresters:
    Authorized representative for Continental Rupture Disc and Groth tank vents, flame arresters and blanket gas regulators for overpressure and flame protection.
  • ValScope™Pro:
    Complete control valve diagnostic.
  • Oxygen Cleaning:
    Shop or field cleaning services for valves in the industrial gas industry. 
  • MOV/AOV:
