Max-Air S3 Series
Features & Benefits
Maual Override:
- Each SV NAMUR solenoid valve comes standard with a lockable manual override. This is an important feature because it allows the solenoid valve to be used manually in case of electrical failure, or for quick cycle testing
NAMUR Mounting:
- This feature for NAMUR compliant valves is essential for flush mounting of the solenoid valve to the face of the pneumatic actuator, saving space and facilitating ease of wiring to a limit switch. Units are available in single coil, dual coil, or 3-position configurations (open centers, closed centers, or centers-in-pressure)
Air Service:
- Solenoid valves can be used with lubricated or non-lubricated air. It is recommended that all Max-Air solenoid valves be fitted with an appropriate air filter regulator at the valve installation site for an extra level of safety, in order to keep the air quality at the best level possible, thereby extending the life of the entire actuation drive assembly
Solenoid Valves
Aluminum 3/4-way direct mount body, 3 position center return, for ordinary or hazardous locations.
Max-Air Technology manufacturers the SV series solenoid valves offering a complete range of options designed according to NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845, as well as non-NAMUR style valves. For NAMUR style valves, each solenoid valve is field interchangeable for use in either double acting (4-Way) or spring return (3-Way) rotary actuators and is available in single coil, dual coil, or 3-position configurations (open centers, closed centers, or centers-in-pressure).
